Electrical Equipment Inspection

  • Inverter Inspection and Maintenance Items

    • Check the appearance of the inverter and the fixed frame for rust. 
    • Check whether the display board and lamp signal are normal.
    • Check for water seepage inside the machine.
    • Check whether the wire connector is damaged, loosened or hot melted.
    • Check whether the cooling fan is working properly.
    • Check for a strange sound or smell.
    • Check for animal invasion.
    • Check each electrical appliance for burn marks or burnout.
    • Check whether the (DC/AC) switch is working properly.
    • Check whether the temperature of the inverter is normal.
    • Insulation resistance measurement.
    • Clean the appearance of the inverter, the air inlet and outlet and the heat sink.
    • Earthing resistance testing.
    • External corrugated sheet inspection.
    • Check whether the module bracket is loose or rusty. 
  • AC Panel

    • Check the appearance of the main body and the fixed frame for rust.
    • The appearance of the main body is clean.
    • Check for water seepage inside the machine.
    • Check waterproof adhesive tape for exfoliation.
    • Check for foreign objects inside the box and clean them away.
    • Check for animal invasion.
    • Check for a strange smell. 
    • Check each electrical appliance for burn or burnout.
    • Check whether the circuit breaker is working properly.
    • Insulation resistance measurement of each phase of three-phase power (which is included in the inverter inspection).
    • Earthing resistance testing.
  • DC Combiner Box Inspection and Maintenance Items

    • Check the appearance of the main body and the fixed frame for rust.
    • The appearance of the main body is clean.
    • Check for water seepage inside the machine. Check waterproof adhesive tape for exfoliation.
    • Check for foreign objects inside the box and clean them away.
    • Check for animal invasion.
    • Check for a strange smell. Check each electrical appliance for burn marks or burnout.
    • Check whether the circuit breaker is working properly.
    • Check whether the surge absorber is normal.
    • Check whether the fuse is in a conducting state..
    • String open circuit voltage measurement
    • String insulation resistance measurement
    • Earthing resistance testing.
    • Check whether each contact point is loose or oxidative.
  • Trunking (Tube)

    • Check trunking (tube) for damage.
    • Check whether the cover plate is fixed.
    • Check trunking (tube) for rust.
    • Check whether the metal hose is loosened or damaged.
