Power Plant

  • Power plants and power stations are not generating electricity

    • Check whether the transformer and related equipment are normal. 
    • Check whether the inverter is normal.

  • PR is too low

    • Check the solar panel for dirt or obstruction, which affects power generation. 
    • Check whether the inverter is working properly. 
    • Check the solar panel for crack or open circuit.

  • The communication of pyranometer and AC meter equipment is abnormal

    • Check whether the network is normal 
    • Check whether the gateway is working properly. 
    • Check whether the communication line is damaged or loosened.

  • AC meter is abnormal

    • Check whether the transformer and related equipment are normal. 
    • Check whether the voltage and current connectors of the AC meter are loose.

  • Luxometer is abnormal

    • Check the luxometer for dirt. 
    • Check whether the luxometer is set correctly.

Inverter

  • Inverter has error code

    • Find out the problem according to the error code description of each inverter.

  • Inverter temperature is too high

    • Check whether the cooling fan is activated. 
    • Check the exhaust vent for block. 
    • Check whether the power generation value of inverter is close to its maximum capacity.

  • Power generation conversion efficiency is abnormal

    • Check whether the inverter is abnormal. 
    • Check whether other AC equipment is working properly.

  • Inverter communication is abnormal

    • Check the communication contact for burnout.
    • Check whether the line is loose. 
    • Check whether the inverter is working properly.

Combiner Box

  • A certain string's power generation data is 0

    • Check the fuse for burnout. 
    • Check whether the power line of  solar panel is normal.

  • SPD is abnormal

    • Check whether SPD is open circuit.
    • Check whether SPD wiring is loose.

  • Combiner box temperature is too high

    • Use the thermal imaging camera to detect the higher temperature part in the combiner box, and then handle it.
    • Check whether all power contacts and the screws inside the combiner box are loose.

  • Combiner box communication is abnormal

    • Check whether the network is normal. 
    • Check whether the gateway is working properly. 
    • Check the wiring for damage or loss.

  • Solar string data is too low or abnormal

    • O&M team needs to clean up the solar panels.

Monitoring System

  • Data is disconnected

    • Check whether the communication equipment is powered. 
    • Check the communication wiring for damage or loss.
    • Reset communication equipment and power supply.

  • Information collection is incomplete (gap or losing data)

    • Check whether the voltage input is normal. 
    • Check whether the network is normal. 
    • Check the communication wiring for damage or loss. 

  • Monitoring equipment can’t display power generation data

    • Check whether the voltage input is normal. 
    • Check the communication wiring for damage or loss.

  • Control system can’t obtain equipment data

    • Check whether the voltage input is normal. 
    • Check the communication wiring for damage or loss.
    • Check whether the data collector is set correctly.
    • Check whether the equipment is working.
