Energy Storage O&M Service
Regular O&M
On working days (8:00 to 17:00), the two parties shall coordinate the time 10 days before the end of each month. Party B implements regular maintenance, makes a record, and submits it to the supervisor to sign and confirm.
- Party B shall provide preventive maintenance services, such as necessary inspection, testing, cleaning and adjustment for equipment to maintain the normal operation of the subject matter.
- During the maintenance period, if the battery status on the real-time monitoring system is abnormal, Party B shall arrange for a technician for testing. If there is still abnormality after testing, through the judgement of OEM, Party B shall replace the battery for free within 3 days. Afterwards, Party A shall continue to pay attention to it for 3 days to keep the system and equipment operate properly.
- Environmental verification: the working environment, such as temperature, humidity, and power supply, must meet the requirements of the equipment. Party B shall conduct testing monthly and notify Party A of improvement.
- According to the schedule of maintenance and inspection, Party B shall execute semi-annual and annual downtime maintenance.

Malfunction Repair
- In addition to regular maintenance, if the equipment is faulty, it is necessary to notify Party B of inspection and repair (service time: Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays and regular holidays. In case of consecutive holidays, Party B shall send the personnel to inspect within 2 days of notification.). After Party A confirms the defect of the energy storage product and informs Party B, Party B shall report the abnormality of the battery or PCS, make an online judgment within 24 hours, and send the personnel to the site for inspection and maintenance within 48 hours. In principle, through the judgement of OEM, Party B shall conduct the maintenance after receiving the within-72-hour notice of RMA replacement confirmation (except outlying islands, Hualien and Taitung, and the time limit for maintenance during holidays will be discussed separately).
- In compliance with the commission, under warranty, Party B shall be responsible for the semi-annual and annual repair, inspection and maintenance, and for product O&M (starting from the day after the as-built verification and the inspection of the power transmission and grid connection procedure). If the equipment is damaged or malfunctions due to the failure to perform regular maintenance, Party B shall be responsible for equipment and operating losses.
- Party B shall submit the maintenance record sheet of regular maintenance or fault repair to Party A for verification on the day of each maintenance or repair, so as to fulfill the contract clauses.
