SG6300NZL R2 is an important hub of Billion Watts Pixel View solar intelligent cloud monitoring AI management system. The hardware specifications are industrial-grade heat-resistant design. This single device can receive multiple sensor data (including:module thermometer ,atmospheric temperature, anemometer, pyranometer) through standard protocols such as Modbus RTU and TCP, as well as supports data reading of various brands of Inverter and DC serial/AC meter information.

 

For data transmission to Internet, you can choose wired network or 4G network, seamlessly transmit the data, collected by the power station, to the back-end management platform, and provide a comprehensive and complete photoelectric monitoring and transmission solution.

Supports Multiple Communication Technologies to Meet the Needs of Applications in Different Environments.

This product has different built-in communication modules, including the latest 4G/LTE communication modules, RS485 modules, 802.11n Wi-Fi modules, etc. The communication capability provided can easily conduct two-way communication with third-party devices such as module thermometers, atmospheric thermometers, anemometers, pyranometers, inverters, DC series meters, and AC meters through wired or wireless connections. For data transmission to Internet, you can choose wired network or 3G/4G network, seamlessly transmit the data, collected by the power station, to the back-end management platform, and provide a comprehensive and complete photoelectric monitoring and transmission solution.

Diversified and Intelligent Operation Mechanism to Ensure Long-Term Stable Operation

Equipped with an intelligent operation mechanism, through the internal clock and the network automatically calibrated time to ensure the correctness of each data. Built-in a variety of intelligent operation mechanisms, such as data storage, data disconnection compensation, equipment timing restart and other multiple operation mechanisms, providing comprehensive and complete data collection, computing, storage and transmission solutions. When the network is disconnected, the device will automatically store all the data in the internal storage space. When the network is restored, all the data will be automatically replenished to the back-end monitoring system. By setting a schedule, the device can be automatically restarted at regular intervals to ensure the long-term operation of the device.

This product has integrated the major brands of Inverter on the market, and combined with the data of various environmental sensors. It can integrate and transmit the Inverter information of different case fields and brands to a single back-end monitoring system. Whether a new solar power plant or an existing field that has been in operation for many years, this equipment can quickly collect and integrate the solar plant information, quickly grasp the actual field information, and effectively improve the management efficiency of the power plant.

Flexible and Diverse Networking Capabilities

It has multiple wired and wireless networking capabilities. Internally, it can collect data through wired RS485, Ethernet, and wireless Wi-Fi. Externally, you can choose Ethernet with xDSL, Fiber for networking or 4G network.  The collected power plant information can be transmitted to the back-end monitoring system anytime and anywhere.

The SG6300NZL R2 can automatically collect front-end sensor information through various communication interfaces such as Ethernet, Powerline PLC and RS485. All data will be stored in SG6300NZL R2 and transmitted to the remote server. SG6300NZL R2 can act as wireless AP and wireless client at the same time. This gateway can also act as a wireless bridge and connect to other wireless gateways.
